Your role:
 
We are seeking to add a Sales Account Manager to our rapidly expanding practice. This position requires close coordination with a team of intake sales professionals and the legal team supporting the client to resolve complex payment/billing issues across your personal book of business from day one. You will be directly involved with the firm’s clients and managing their billable accounts. In this role, you will be tasked with managing the ongoing client relationship per the firm’s Perfect Client Lifecycle management system and ensuring our clients provide payments to their active accounts so the attorney and paralegal teams can continue providing them outstanding legal representation.
 
Your responsibilities:
 
  • Serve as a pivotal point of contact for maintaining and enhancing our client service reputation
  • Manage the communication, touchpoint tracking, and collection of payments from clients
  • Direct the priorities and activities of legal teams servicing clients based on their payment history
  • Ensure the weekly generation of ~50K of revenue from your dedicated client book of business
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports detailing revenue performance to direct the legal team
  • Ensure continuous client communication via phone, mail, internet, and in-person interactions
  • Maintain accurate client records of retainer balances, payments, credits & follow-ups

 
Your background:

  • Prior experience providing relationship-centered client service, acting as a primary point of contact
  • Have managed a personal book of business to include revenue generation and client relationship
  • Strong attention to detail – precision in processing payments and managing client records
  • Comfortable having difficult conversations with clients regarding payments owed to the firm
  • Able to maintain accurate client accounts including record-keeping of retainer balances, payments, credits, and collection activities as well as forecasting potential revenue generation
  • Highly reliable – punctuality and attendance are directly correlated to success in this role
  • Prior experience managing delinquent client accounts while maintaining client satisfaction
  • Exceptional personal organization and communication skills across a wide audience

Compensation:

  • The base salary range for this role is $60,000-$70,000 annually (commensurate with ability)
  • Potential to earn bonus in addition to base salary based on revenue generation
  • Periodic compensation reviews & subsequent pay raises when deliverables are met
  • Rapid promotability for motivated employees to advance and take on more responsibility
