Your role:
We are seeking an experienced web developer to design, manage, and optimize our website and digital presence. You will be instrumental in executing SEO strategies to improve our site authority, visibility and traffic from search engines and other sources.

Your responsibilities:

  • Website Management:
    • Design & Development for our firm’s website (htps://jamescrawfordlaw.com)
    • Collaboration with the media, sales, and talent teams to design and integrate proactive solutions
    • Monitor and update all page information and links in a timely manner
    • Maintain accessibility on the website and has a proactive approach to ADA and other compliance issues
  • SEO/Search Engine Optimization:
    • Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices to improve rankings, organic traffic, and conversions
    • Create and optimize content focused on relevant searcher intent keywords and phrases
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest search algorithm and ranking factor changes
  • Strategy:
    • Monitor user behavior, click-through rates, and user paths to identify opportunities for improving website navigation and content
    • Develop and apply user segmentation strategies to target specific customer groups effectively and tailor marketing efforts accordingly
    • Leverage analytics to track keyword rankings, traffic, leads and implement ongoing optimizations

Your background:
We believe results count for more than years of experience. If you prove to be capable of delivering value for your clients and the firm, there is no restriction on how high or how fast you can rise.

  • Coding expertise with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Frameworks
  • Adept with utilizing CMS platforms like WordPress
  • Deep understanding of UI/UX
  • Experience executing hands-on SEO and website development initiatives
  • Solid grasp of current SEO best practices and trends
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and derive insights
  • Excellent communication & project management skills
  • Proficient in responsive design/design for mobile
  • Experience with Hubspot CMS is a plus

What we offer:

Compensation:

  • Base salary range for this role is $75,000-$95,000 annually (commensurate with ability)
  • Potential to earn annual bonus in addition to base salary
